Clomed Balkan Pharma
Active Substance: Clomiphene Citrate
Names: Clomed, Clomid, Serophene.
Clomed, also known as Clomid, is a non-steroidal drug employed to address infertility issues in women stemming from ovulation complications. Additionally, steroid users utilize Clomed to manage estrogen-related side effects associated with anabolic androgenic steroid (AAS) use or to boost testosterone production during Post Cycle Therapy (PCT), which is often diminished by steroid usage.
This medication is quite comparable to Tamoxifen, another well-regarded drug, with both demonstrating similar effectiveness levels.
As an anti-estrogenic agent, Clomed is often used during steroid cycles to avert the development of gynecomastia. However, it does not lower estrogen levels or halt the aromatization process. Instead, it helps prevent the onset of gynecomastia and is even known to beneficially impact cholesterol levels. In instances where large doses of AAS are used, Clomed may not be sufficient to prevent gynecomastia, and stronger alternatives like Anastrozole or Letrozole are recommended.
Clomed is commonly utilized by steroid users in their PCT regimens to stimulate natural testosterone production and reduce the body’s recovery period.
Side effects of Clomed are infrequent but can include headaches, breast discomfort, hot flashes, nausea, and very rarely, uterine bleeding.
